| 摘 要： | 现阶段中国社会阶层分化现象已经成为一个必须着重研究的问题.阶层的分化必然带来阶层结构的调整,合理的社会阶层结构对和谐社会的发展产生着积极的作用.当然,中国现阶段社会阶层结构还处在不断的变化和调整中.合理的社会阶层结构是和谐社会发展的基础,是社会稳定的基础,是抵御风险的有力保证.

| Abstract: | The phenomenon that social stratum of China splits up has already become a problem that must be studied emphatically at the present stage.The division of the stratum must bring about the adjustment of stratum's structure,the rational social stratum's structure generates an active impact on development of the society.Certainly,the social stratum's structure is still changing and adjusting constantly at the present stage in China.Rational social stratum's structure is the foundation of the harmonious development,the foundation of the social stability,and also the powerful guarantee for resist risks. |
