| Abstract: | The traditional managerial system that has been carried out for a long period of time in the real estate control house at the grassroots level can't fit in with the requirements of the new situation,the contradictions and problems caused by which are getting more and more obvious,and it is inevitable to transform the real estate control system.And at the same time,the current internal and external environments of the real estate control house proved the feasibility for the system transformation. |
