浸没式超滤膜过滤器内流场的数值模拟

摘    要:利用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对浸没式超滤膜过滤器内的流场进行数值模拟,通过计算得到过滤器内流体速度场,压力场和紊流强度的分布情况,并针对膜组件放置位置不同,对3种方案进行分析比较.结果表明,在过滤器后端壁面处会形成回流区,影响水流均匀分布;两膜组件之间间距较小的情况下,会降低膜表面的水流紊动强度,这有利于均匀布水和颗粒的沉积,从而提高过滤效率.

Abstract:The numerical simulation was carried out on flow regime of the submerged ultrafiltration membrane filter with computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technology.The velocity field,pressure field and turbulence intensity have been received by computation.For the membrane modules placed on different positions,the three options were analyzed and compared.The results show that the dead zone is generated at the back-end wall of the filter.It can affect flow distribution.When the distance between the two membrane modules is comparatively small;the flow turbulence intensity is reduced;and the better flow distribution and particle deposition are provided.Thereby the filtration efficiency is improved.
