79645大豆种子发芽试验初探

摘    要:采用国家《农作物种子检验规程》对西宁地区收获的大豆种子,以不同贮藏时间和不同发芽方式,进行发芽试验。结果表明,贮藏时间对79645大豆种子发芽势和发芽率影响显著,以贮藏7个月的发芽势(79.70%)和发芽率(92.90%)最高,不同发芽方式对大豆种子发芽势及发芽率也有影响,其中以纸床(BP)法发芽势(84.5%)和发芽率(90.8%)效果最好。

Abstract:According to procedure of inspection crop seeds, the experiments examined energy and percentage of germination under different storage time and germinating method (Paperbed(BP) and sand bed(S)) on 79645 soybean seeds harvested from 1994-1997 in Xining region.The results showed that there were the most significant difference at energy and percentage of 79645 soybean seeds under different storage time and germinating method, and there were the highest energy(79.70% and 84.50% )and percentage (92.90% and 90.80%) of germination of the seeds which were stored 7 months and germinated on BP.
