中国老年人红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的关系

摘    要:为制定中国老年人红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年人红细胞压积参考值,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究,发现海拔高度是影响老年人红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年人红细胞压积参考值也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著,就可以用回归分析的方法推导出了二个回归方程。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的老年人红细胞压积参考值,依据老年人红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区,西南区,西北区,东南区,华北区,东北区等六个区。

Abstract:In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese old people's hematocrit,the relationship between the reference value of Chinese healthy old people's hematocrit and five geographical factors is studied,which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws.The results indicate that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese old people's hematocrit.As the altitude increases gradually,the reference value of Chinese old people's hematocrit also increases gradually,and the correlation between the value and altitude is very significant.Applying regression analysis,two regression equations are given out.If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the reference value can be reckoned by using the regression equations.Furthermore,according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese old prople's hematocrit,taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and other geographical factors and population distribution,China can be divided into six regions:Qingzang,Southwest,Northwest,Southeast,North and Northeast region.
