| 摘 要： | 运用一般系统理论,对灰色局势决策的共性进行了分析,提出了灰色一般局势决策系统的概念,给出了其定义和系统化的数学模型,为灰色决策理论的发展提供了理论基础。作为该模型的实例化,给出了灰关联测度矩阵和灰关联综合效果测度矩阵的定义,进而对灰关联局势决策方法进行了补充和完善。最后,以某大型酒业股份公司营销网点建设方案的决策为研究案例,运用灰关联局势决策分析方法,得出营销网点建设方案的排序结果,阐述了灰色一般局势决策系统的理论和应用价值。

| Abstract: | The universality of gray situation decision is analyzed based on general system theory. The conception of gray general situation decision system is proposed, and its definition and a systematizing mathematical model are given, which provide a theoretical basis for development of gray decision theory. As an instance of this model, gray relation measure matrix and gray relation integrated measure matrix are put forward, and the relation situation decision method is improved and supplemented. Finally, a decision scheme of regional sale offices of a large wine company is analyzed by the gray relation situation decision method and its prioritizing result is got, in which the theoretical and practical values of gray general situation decision system are illustrated. |
