大学生营养状况分析

摘    要:分析了大学生的生理特点和对营养的需求,对150名住校大学生进行了问卷调查研究,结果表明各营养素的摄入量均不理想,从发现的一些原因说明,大学生对营养学知识普遍缺乏,学校有关部门也不够重视,指出双方都对平衡膳食要做出努力,这是人材培养的物质基础。

Abstract:The physical features and the demanding for nutrition of the college students were analyzed in this article. There were 150 resident college students involved in this investigation, and the results showed that the amount of nourishments absorption is not adequate. The reasons that were found showed that the college students were lack of nutrition knowledge generally, and the relevant departments have not paid attention to it. They should be making great efforts in meals balance, which is the foundation of the development of talent.
