摘    要:从造纸废水分离得到的菌株AF1可在160h内降解2500mg/L的苯酚.经18S rDNA鉴定该菌为烟曲霉菌(Aspergillus fumigatus).在150r/min转速条件下,在pH3.0~9.0以及温度20~50℃条件下,该菌均能完全降解1500mg/L的苯酚,最佳pH为4.0,温度为30℃.低浓度的葡萄糖和酵母膏能促进苯酚的降解.烟曲霉菌降解苯酚时对Hg2+十分敏感,而低浓度的Cu2+,Mn2+,Cd2+和Zn2+能促进苯酚的降解.

Abstract:A strain AF1 isolated from a pulp industrial effluent was capable of degrading phenol up to a concentration of 2 500 mg/L within 160 h. AF1 was identified as Aspergillus fumigatus by 18S rDNA gene sequence analysis. Complete degradation was observed at pH values ranging from 3.0 to 9.0 and temperatures from 20 ℃ to 50 ℃,with an optimum pH of 4.0 and optimum temperature of 30 ℃. Glucose and yeast extract at lower concentrations enhanced phenol degradation. The rate of phenol degradation was most sensitive to added Hg2+. Low concentrations of Cu2+,Mn2+,Cd2+ and Zn2+ stimulated the rate of degradation.
