| Abstract: | This paper point out that the nuclear fusion of deutron-deutron can not beaccomplished at rocm-temperature,the phenomenoa of the cold fusion in experi-ment may be from a new fusion-mechanism.Based on two basic hypotheses,theauthor expounds the physics fundamentals of it,and uses this new mechanism toexplain some experimental phenomenoa that is incomprehensible in normal deutron-deutron fusion.Furthermore,the author suggests a series of experiments to testifythe fusion mechanism. |
