| 摘 要： | 混凝土小型砌块在使用中,由于冬夏气温变化造成的热胀冷缩,使建筑物各部位产生不一样的应变,进而产生墙体裂缝.以及地基下沉、墙体材料品质参差不齐、施工方法不完善等原因均会造成墙体的开裂.针对不同的原因产生的墙体开裂,分析其严重程度,从设计阶段就开始预防,并在施工过程中从材料采购、进场准备、施工操作等环节层层把关,将裂缝产生的可能降至最低.并在项目的使用过程中合理加载,正确使用.达到杜绝裂缝的最终目的.
