| 摘 要： | 硅橡胶涂层具有优异耐污闪能力的主要原因在于它的憎水性迁移特性。论文研究了环境温度、硅像胶的分子量、交联程度、老化时间等因素对憎水迁移特性的影响，用电子扫描电镜观察到伴随憎水性的出现污层表面形貌发生了很大变化。气相色谱、裂解色谱以及红外谱图的分析结果不支持小分子硅氧烷迁移的假说，文后对憎水性迁移的机理问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | he RTV silicone rubber coating can improve insulation strength of contaminated insulator greatly,the akin reason of which is the migration of hydrophobicity of RTVcoating. The effect of some factors,such as temperature,molecular weight of silicone rubber,cross -linking degree,aged time on migration of hydrophobicity has been studied. Themechanism of hydrophobicity transfer has also been investigated by means of some modernanalysis techniques, such as scanning electron microscopy, gas chromatography, infraredspectroscopy,and the results do not support the hypothesis of small molecular migration tocoating surface. |
