This text deals with a new method of Studying gastro-intestinal mot- ion, with Fe_3O_4 magnetic dust as tracer and weak magnet-measuring technique to monitor G-I magnetic field outside the body. As a result G-I magnetic field clearance animals in normalfunctional state were measured when the rabbit was given neostigmine and atropine by introvenous injecti- on to produce pathomimesis of the G-I tract, The changes of both G-I magnetic field clearance curve and G-I motion wave took place. The method is helpful to the study of biology, medicine and materia medica and can also be applied to clinical diagnose.
