论联邦主义在我国的曲折历史遭际与现状

联邦主义及其他形式的地方自治是一种中央与地方政府分权的制度，也就是实行自治和民主。当今我国各项改革逐步展开，越来越多的人开始正视和学习西方先进的政治制度。同时，我们也发现，在中国历史上存在着类似于西方联邦主义的政治制度。本文意在于分析探讨我国古代、近代、当代的联邦主义实践，发掘出一些中国特色的制度创见，以期待对现行的各项改革有所启发，更好地推进社会主义和谐社会建设。

On the Complicated History and Current Situation of Federalism in China

Federalism , as well as other variety of grassroots autonomy, is a system of government in which power is divided between a central authority and constituent political units, it amounts to autonomy and democracy. Nowadays, various reforms in China has been taken gradually, and more and more people begin to contemplate and learn modern western political culture. Meanwhile, we also find that there existed a similar political system in Chinese history. In this article, the author analyzes the practice of federalism in ancient, modern and contemporary times, to find some system conclusions of Chinese character so as to enlighten the current reforms construction of socialism and harmonious society.
