泡沫填充圆管的动态轴向压缩吸能特性

摘    要:为开发可用于汽车安全设计和航天器回收等领域的新型碰撞吸能结构,在泡沫填充圆管受准静态轴向压缩吸能特性分析模型的基础上,建立了轴向压缩条件下的动态吸能特性分析模型。分析结果表明,加载速率对泡沫填充圆管的吸能能力有较大影响,吸能能力随加载速率的增大而提高。该文还采用LS-DYNA软件对泡沫填充圆管的轴向压缩吸能过程进行了数值模拟,并与理论分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,二者具有较好的一致性。

Abstract:An analytical model for the energy-absorption properties of foam-filled circular tubes subjected to dynamic axial crushing was developed on the basis of a quasi-static model of foam-filled circular tubes to design energy-absorption structures used for vehicle safety and spacecraft return. The analysis shows that the energy-absorption capability increases with increasing crushing velocity. The energy-absorption properties of the foam-filled circular tubes subjected to axial crushing were also investigated numerically using LS-DYNA software. The numerical results agree well with the analytical results.
