| 摘 要： | 教练员的职业压力过大,会成为制约其执教水平的重要因素,严重影响着教练员队伍的稳定,影响着运动员的健康成长和创造优异运动成绩.本研究的目的旨在科学地测量与评估北京竞技运动教练员的职业压力现状,提出有效地应对与缓解职业压力的策略,增强教练员职业心理健康,变职业压力为职业发展的动力,提高管理水平与工作效率,稳定教练员队伍.

| Abstract: | This study intends to survey and evaluate scientifically the current situation affecting the career pressure of Beijing elite sports coaches, to put forward the strategies coping with and eliminating their career pressure, to strengthen their mental health, to convert their career pressure into motivation, to promote the level of management and working effectiveness, to make the rank of coaches stable. |
