| Abstract: | A new simple method is proposed for the determination of the critical time of segregation of solute atoms at the grain boundaries. By solution treatment,isothermal aging treatmenmt and impact test, the critical time t_(c) for non-equilibrium segregation of residual element Tin in 0.15wt.% carbon steel during continuous-cooling under different temperatures has been determined. |
