摘    要:应用激光辐射家蚕“东肥”获得变异品种“肥激”,其后丝腺细胞数增加;染色体畸变;蚕丝产量、质量显著提高。为进一步得知蚕丝质量变化依据,我们自一九八一年起对家蚕“肥激”后丝腺RNA、丝心蛋白mRNA的含量和碱基组分比例作了分析测定


EFFECT ON THE MESSENGER RNA FOR SILK FIBROIN IN POSITERIOR SILKGLAND OF BOMBYX MORI RADIATED BY LASER
Abstract:A strain (Dongfei) of the silkworm Bombyx mori was radiated by Laser, A new strain (Fieji) was obtained. Fieji that the number of cells in the posteriorl silkgland increased, the chromosomal aberration increased and the output and the quality of the silk raised. In order to probo into change of the quality of the silk. Since 1981 we analysed the content of the RNA in positeroir Silkgland, the content of the mRNA for Silk Fibroin in RNAA and the ratio of base of the mRNA.
