| Abstract: | he labor contract is a legal voucher for the employees and enterprise to establish the labor relationship and make definite the rights and duties of the two sides, and perfecting the labor contract management is beneficial to promoting the reform of enterprise and increasing the economic benefit of enterprise. This paper expounds the actions of the labor administrative departments on the labor contract management and the important functions of establishing and perfecting the system of the labor contract management. |
