摘    要:发明问题解决理论为创新设计和变形设计在概念设计阶段提供了过程模型、工具和方法.提出了理想化问题设问法作为提高现有机械产品理想化水平的方法,其步骤是明确最终目标、理想解、遇到的问题、问题存在的原因、问题消失的条件及可用资源,阐述了现有机械产品系统的可用资源在提高产品理想化水平过程中的作用及可用资源的类型.对采煤机牵引部进行理想化设计,提出了可行方案,证明理想化设计方法实际可行.
