摘    要:对制造YSP-50型液化石油气钢瓶瓶体纵缝焊接,采用埋弧自动正背面焊接成型工艺进行探讨,提出采用充气橡胶帆布耐火软管上面铺上焊剂作为埋弧衬垫材料,解决瓶体烧穿问题,提高焊接质量.

Abstract:The paper discussed the forming processes using automatic submerged arc welding in face and back,put forward a new method of spreading welding flux on gas-filled rubber canvas refractory soft pipe as submerged arc welding pad,solved the burned-out problems of the vertical welding line during welding,and enhanced the welding property.
