Outside causes that affects the pedestrian traffic safety mainly is: The control traffic not do one's best, drives lacks the traffic safety consciousness, the pedestrian traffic safety devices not perfect, the publicity and educations contain mistakes etc. To solve the safe problem of the pedestrian transportation, need from inside because of and outside because of beginning at the same time up. The main measure resolving the pedestrian traffic safe problem is: Construct the modern traffic safety cultural atmosphere that the person and car harmonious coexistence strongly, reinforce publicity education of the traffic safety science, improve the pedestrian traffic safety device diligently and aggrandize traffic order control of the pedestrian and mobile car. Construct the traffic safety cultural must depend on the power of social public. In traffic control, road build and rebuild process, should follow the safety axiom, carry out the principle of the safety first and set pedestrian traffic safety device reasonably. The traffic safety publicity education should combine with the natural science knowledge social science knowledge organically together, to enhance drumbeating effect.
