| 摘 要： | 目的：观察准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗高度近视的疗效.方法：采用美国117型准分子激光仪联合自动微型板角膜切削刀使角膜曲率发生改变,从而改变角膜屈光度,提高视力.结果：97.9%患者术后裸眼视力达到术前矫正视力.结论：准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗高度近视早期效果令人满意,远期效果尚待更深入研究.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) to correct high myopia.Methods:Applying America-made 117 type excimer laser instrument combined with automatic miniature lamina cutter for cornea to change corneal curvature and diopter to improve visual acuity.Results:The naked visual acuity of 97.9% patients comes up to preoperative corrected visual acuity.Conclusion:The early effect of LASIK to cure high myopia is satisfactory but its late result is still under the pending further discussion. |
