瞬变工况下螺旋桨性能

摘    要:用非定常非线性涡格法计算螺旋桨尾流场预估非定常性能,并进一步计算了瞬变工况下螺钉性能,对DTNSRDC4381和4383桨的尾流场进行了校核计算,取得了理想的结果;对ITTC建议的轴承力校核计算的螺旋桨,在给定的伴流场条件下计算其非定常性能,与试验结果和其他的理论方法比较,结果令人满意,最后计算了DTNSRDC4118桨在变工况下性能变化过程,显示了该方法用于螺肇钉性能预估的前景。

Abstract:An unsteady nonlinear vortex lattice method is applied to the evaluation of unsteady performance of propellers and induced velocities behind propellers. The method is further extended to calculations of the transient response of propellers to changes in advance coefficient J . First, induced velo cities behind propellers DTNSRDC 4381 and 4383 are computed. Then, unsteady performance, bearing force, of a propeller operating in a given wake field proposed by ITTC is calculated. Both of the calculated results are compared with the existing experimental data respectively and good agreements are obtained. Finally, the transient analysis of the propeller DTNSRDC 4118 is made and the variations of K T and K Q with J are shown. It is proved that the method is promising in the propeller performance prediction, especially under the start or stop conditions.
