杨木纤维/Si-B复合材料制备及其防腐性能研究

摘    要:【目的】制备出杨木纤维/Si-B复合材料,并研究其力学和防腐性能。【方法】采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel),方法以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前躯体,硼酸为添加剂,制备出Si-B复合溶胶; 以杨木纤维为原料,通过真空-浸渍法制备出杨木纤维/Si-B溶胶复合材料,并采用热压法压制成纤维板。【结果】通过SEM-EDXA表征以及能谱分析,表明二氧化硅已进入到纤维内部,并且细胞壁纳米孔隙中Si 的质量分数能达到3.08%。红外分析表明,处理后的木纤维上的羟基与溶胶发生缩合,并出现Si—O—Si伸缩振动以及Si—O—B的振动峰。【结论】溶胶处理后杨木纤维板的内结合强度、静曲强度均达到国家标准,并且具有较低的吸水厚度膨胀率。经过防腐实验发现,处理后纤维板具有良好的耐白腐性和耐褐腐性,其中耐白腐真菌性能得到显著提高。


Preparation and antiseptic properties of poplar fiber /Si-B composite materials
Abstract:【Objective】Poplar fiber/Si-B composite was prepared, and its mechanical and antiseptic properties were studied.【Method】Using poplar fibers as the research materials, wood fiber/Si-Bcomposites were prepared via the sol-gel technology.【Results】According to scanning electron microscope-energydispersiveanalysis(SEM-EDXA),Si is present in wood fiber cell walls and the mass fraction of Si in the nanometer-scale pores of cell walls in the wood fiber can reach 3.08%. Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(FTIR)results showed a reduction in the number of hydroxyl groups(—OH)of the wood fiber, which is the main reason for the improvement of the dimensional stability of modified fiberboard which was produced with poplar fiber/Si-B composite.【Conclusion】The absorbing water thickness expansion rate of the modified fiberboard was lower than unmodified fiberboard, and the physical and mechanical performance meet the national standard. Moreover, the modified fiberboard also has good resistance to brown-rot fungus and, especially, for white-rot fungus.
