| 摘 要： | 清末民国时期,赣南糖业面对日益激烈的市场竞争环境表现了积极的变迁轨迹,并开始向现代转型。然而,置身于市场经济下的赣南糖业面对洋糖冲击而日益陷入困境。阐述了洋糖与赣南糖业的争夺以及面对冲击赣南糖业又是如何应对的,从中可窥见地处山区的赣南在近代的产业转型中所面对的重重阻力。
