| Abstract: | The management and utilization of the lab funds is the main task of the office of the lab management in university. The scientific overall - plan, reasonable arrangement and utilization of the management tools and ways for getting the ultimate social efficiency of the lab funds are the main topics of the strategic management. A primary study according to the management for the lab funds in the university is presented in this paper. |
