摘    要:在Si3N4基体中添加第二相粒子Ti(C0.12N0.88),研究Ti(C0.12N0.88)添加量对Si3N4-Ti(C0.12N0.88)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,在Si3N4-Ti(C0.12N0.88)复合材料中,Ti(C0.12N0.88)在Si3N4基体中能够稳定存在,并能起到增韧初强的作用,添加适量的Ti(C0.12N0.88),Si3N4-Ti(C0.12N0.88)复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性都有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:The effect of addition of the second phase particles to the Si 3N 4 matrix material on the mechanical properties of Si 3N 4-Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) composites was investigated. The experimental results show that the addition of Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) particles can improve the flexural strength and the fracture toughness of Si 3N 4-Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) composites. The second phase particles Ti(C 0.12N 0.88) are found to be stable in the Si 3N 4 matrix material.
