| 摘 要： | 从四个阶段回顾了建国以来我国汽车产业政策的概要和发展过程，并在此基础上，以汽车行业发展现状为依据，对产业政策的作用进行分析。适宜的产业政策对行业发展有极大的促进作用，反之，僵化的产业政策将对产业的协调稳定发展产生阻碍作用。政策制定者应充分考虑到政策实施的效果与成本，以市场机制为主促进产业协调发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of the content and the development of the policies for automobile industry in four periods, this paper analyses the effect of those policies and concludes that appropriate industrial policies can promote the development of the whole industry, so policy makers should fully consider the result and cost when implementing policies, and taking market mechanism as the core factor in promoting the automobile industry. |
