氢气泡测速法在连铸板坯结晶器水模拟实验中的应用初探

摘    要:用自制的测试装置首次将氢气泡测试技术用于水模拟连铸结晶器中的流速测定.利用氢气泡团的时间-脉线组合图谱所提供的时间-位移信息测定了不同拉坯速度下水模拟结晶器中若干点的流速,用以验证水模拟连铸结晶器中流体流动数值模拟的结果.文中特别描述了测速装置中发泡阴极丝的定位方法,且对测量中的有关问题进行了讨论.最后,给出了试验结果数据及不同拉坯速度下结晶器中心线上测得的速度分布.

Abstract:By using the measurement technology of hydrogen bubble groups,the flow speeds in the continuous casting mold of water physical modeling were determined. With self made instrument,the time displacement relations were obtained by the combined time streak marks formed by the hydrogen bubble groups. The paper specifically described the positioning method of cathode wire,and discussed some of key points about the measurement. Finally,the flow speed values and velocity distribution measured along the central line of the water mold were shown,which can be used to verify the numerical simulation results.
