基于离散优化的图像修复

摘    要:提出一种基于离散优化的图像修复方法.通过EM算法最小化一个离散全局的能量函数,E步和M步分别采用最佳接缝方法和一致性搜索,并且E步结合了图像块合成和一致性纠正.与贪婪合成和基于偏微分方程方法相比,该方法能够较好地保证修复结果的全局一致,可避免图像模糊.

Abstract:An image completion approach based on discrete optimization was presented.Image completion was posed as a discrete global optimization problem with a well-defined energy function,which was solved by the EM algorithm.The solver utilized optimal seam algorithm for the E step and coherence search for the M step,and effectively unified patch synthesis as well as consistency correction in the E step.Compared with the greedy synthesis approach and PDE-based approach,the proposed approach can handle image structure and intensity globally and avoid blurring.
