摘 要: | 用化学共沉法制备了(NiZnCo)2-W型平面六角晶系复合钡铁氧体,对其吸收特性进行了分析研究,发现在8-12GHz频率范围内有两个吸收峰,最大吸收量达31dB,10dB带宽1.9GHz,匹配厚度3.82mm。同时比较了在相同工艺条件下,碳纤维的掺入对吸收特性的影响。

Abstract: | Chemical coprecipitation method is used to prepare (NiZnCo)2-W type hexagonal planar crystal composite Ba-Ferrites, and their absorption properties are studied. It is found that two absorption peaks appear in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz, the maximum absorption quantity can reach 31 dB, 10 dB bandwidth is 1.9 GHz, and the matching thickness is 3.82 mm. Moreover, the influence of carbon fiber additives into the Ba-ferrites on absorption properties is compared. |
