Cr12MoV合金工具钢的超塑预处理工艺及其超塑变形条件

摘    要:本文旨在探求Cr12MoV合金工具钢实现超塑性的预处理工艺以及最佳超塑变形温度和速度条件,并就各主要因素对超塑性能的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,一般淬火处理、奥氏体化固溶—低温循环淬火处理均可使Cr12MoV合金工具钢在一定变形条件下实现超塑性,且经后一种工艺处理后,其延伸率超过了210%。

Abstract:Describes the pretreatment process of alloy tool steel Cr12MoV with the purpose of its superplastization and finding the optimun conditions of super-plastic deformation temperature and strain rate . Investigates experimentally how factors influence the superplastic behavior.The results show that both the conventional quenching process and the austenizing solution-low temperature cyclic quenching process are available for superplastization under appropriate deformation conditions . The latter process can provide an elongation over 210%.
