基于小波变换的球团矿粒度检测

球团粒度大小对球团质量具有重要影响,本文采用基于小波理论的计算机图像处理技术,研究出一种测定球团粒度及其分布的方法。实验结果表明,该方法计算的粒度分布满足实际粒度分布得要求。

An Online-Measurement Method Of Pellets Diameter Based On Wavelet Transform

The particle-size plays an important role in the quality of iron-ore pellets. This paper proposes a method which can implement the pellets diameters and its distributing calculation by application of image processing based on wavelet theory. The result of the experiments shows that the distribution of the particle-size by this way is accordance with the practice.
