氯苯硝化反应中溶剂效应的动力学研究

摘    要:在以硝酸—乙酸酐对氯苯进行的硝化反应中,介质的极性明显影响反应速率及产物异构体的生成比例。文中主要利用气相色谱从动力学角度研究了氯苯硝化反应中的溶剂效应,结果认为溶剂的极性明显影响反应的表观活化能,并且对生成不同产物异构体的微分活化能也存在着不同程度的影响。计算所得到的表观活化能与实测值符合很好,同时文中也利用溶剂化能解释了不同溶剂对反应产物异构体比例的影响。

Abstract:In the nitration of chlorobenzene with nitric acid and acetic an-hydride, polarity of media has considerable effects on reaction rate and the iso-mer ratio of reaction product. By means of gas chromatograph,solvent effectof this reaction was studied in the view of kinetics,as a result,polarity of sol-vent affects apparent activation energy of this reaction obviously,also has dif -ferent effects on differential activation energy for different isomers. The cal-culated apparent activation energy is in good agreement with the measureddate. At the same time, the effect of different solvent on distribution of iso-mers in the reaction was explained with solvation energy.
