基于知识资料的教学科研WEB服务辅助系统设计

从高校图书馆为高校教学科研活动服务出发,设计了一个以知识资料为核心、提供教学科研活动辅助WEB服务系统,将从传统文献资料到教学科研活动都抽象为知识获取途径的知识资料概念,为快速取得知识来源基于Dublin Core构建了更简便的编目格式,并在这些基础上设计了基于.NET平台的WEB服务系统,为教学科研活动的知识获取和学习提供一种信息技术辅助手段.
