大学英语教学改革中ESP课程教学的问题与对策

ESP教学作为衔接大学英语综合教学与双语教学的桥梁，在各高校大学英语教改中的地位日益突出。但ESP教学中的师资问题、学术地位问题、管理问题、教材问题却成为其发展壮大的瓶颈。所以，ESP教学应在培养合格教师、改革现行职称评定体制、成立ESP教研室、教材编写准确定位等方面着手改革。

Problems and Solution in ESP Teaching during the Reform of College English

ESP courses as a bridge between comprehensive English courses and bilingual courses are playing an increasingly important role in college English program. However, the problems in instructors, academic status, management and textbooks have hindered the development of ESP courses. So the reform shall be conducted in fostering qualified teachers, awarding professional titles, founding ESP section and compiling proper textbooks.
