超声波法辅助提取松针多酚

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂, 利用超声辅助法提取红松松针中的多酚类化合物, 考察了乙醇的体积分数、  液料比(V(溶剂) ∶KG-*3]m(松针))、 超声波功率、 超声温度及超声时间等条件对松针多酚提取质量比的影响, 得到了最适提取条件. 结果表明, 与传统有机溶剂回流提取法(醇提法)相比, 在最适提取条件下, 超声作用可以使提取时间缩短3 h, 提取的质量比达到52.97 mg/g, 提高了25.76%.

Abstract:Polyphenol was extracted from the needles of Pinus prokoraiensis by means of ultrasound with ethanol as solvent.Effects of ethanol volume concentration,liquid to solid ratio(V(solvent) ∶ m(needle)),ultrasonic wave power,ultrasonic temperature as well as ultrasonic time were investigated and then the optimum extraction conditions were screened out.Under the optimum conditions,extraction time could be decreased by 3 h and extraction quantity of total polyphenol(52.97 mg/g) could be achieved under ultrasound.Compared with that of ethanol extraction,the extraction quantity was increased by a factor of 25.76% through ultrasonic-assisted extraction.
