| 摘 要： | 采用培养皿滤纸法测定野艾蒿的水浸提溶液对六种植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:野艾蒿的水浸提溶液对受试植物萌发主要表现抑制作用,而且抑制作用随浸提溶液浓度升高而加强,对幼苗苗高和根长则有低浓度促进生长高浓度抑制生长的现象.其中0.2 g/mL的水浸提取物溶液对青菜、草木樨、一枝黄花、莩草的种子萌发、幼苗生长、根长生长抑制作用最为明显;0.02 g/mL水浸提溶液对青菜、草木樨、一枝黄花、莩草生长也具有一定的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Bioassay was used to study allelopathy effect of Artemisia lavandulaefolia on six species(ie,Triticum aestivum,Brassica chinensis,Glycine soja,Melilotus suaveolens,Solidago decurrens,Setaria chondrachne).The results showed that the seed germination was inhibited by the water extract of Artemisia lavandulaefolia.The seedling height and root length were reduced at higher concentration while stimulated at lower concentration. |
