悬赏广告纠纷的法律适用

摘    要:由于我国法律对悬赏广告缺乏明确规定,因此司法实践对悬赏广告纠纷案件的处理也做法不一。本文就悬赏广告的法律界定、处理悬赏广告纠纷的法律依据及行为人报酬请求权的确认等三个问题进行了探析。

Abstract:Because the law in China is short of clear stipulation about the advertisment of offering a reward,judical practice handles the dispute case about it in different ways. This paper approaches this subject from the legal provisions about the advertisment of offering a reward, the lawful basis about dealing with the advertisment of offering a reward in dispute and affirming the actor's reward of request rights.
