| 摘 要： | 顺应历史潮流的《汉语拼音方案》的制定是我国语言文字发展史上的重要创新。在阐述《汉语拼音方案》的由来和推行50年来在众多领域已取得的丰硕成果和做出的历史性贡献的同时，运用实例归纳说明在当今语文生活中和各种媒体上，汉语拼音的应用仍然存在着大量不规范的现象。针对这些混乱现象提出若干建议，旨在全社会加大推行力度和提高《汉语拼音方案》应用的规范化水平。

| Abstract: | This paper recalls the significant creation of Chinese Phonetic System in Chinese language evolution and its historical contributions in the past five decades.Then it brings out many non-standard phonetic uses in media and life and suggests solutions to better popularization and standardization of Chinese Phonetic System in our country. |
