| 摘 要： | 心理效应的合理运用，能够促进班主任的班级管理工作。本文论述了暴露缺点效应、无痕迹效应、照镜子效应、木桶效应、成功强化效应、居家心理效应等，并结合自己的实际情况，探索了心理效应在班级管理中的实践作用，极大地促进了班级管理工作。
