摘    要:以数值手段分析了极小展弦比下后加载透平叶栅内的定常3D粘性流动及损失,并对该透平叶栅在不同出口Ma和进气角下进行平面叶栅吹风实验.数值方法采用3D可压缩粘性流动压力修正算法求解N-S方程及Baldwing-Lomax代数湍流模型.通过数值计算分析和平面叶栅吹风实验研究表明,后加载技术应用于极小展弦比叶栅中,可以起到控制3D叶栅损失与二次流生成和发展的作用.

Abstract:The internal flow performance of an after loaded turbine cascade with different ultra low aspect ratios was studied by means of 3D numerical simulation and experimental investigation at different Mach numbers and inlet angles. A pressure based numberical method combined with the Baldwing Lomax turbulence model was adopted in solving 3D Navier Stokes equations. The calculation results and experimental results show that 3D cascade losses and secondary flow losses in after loaded turbine cascade with ultra low aspect ratio can be controlled and greatly reduced.
