摘    要:介绍了基于AIS的船舶三维显示与避碰系统的功能特点和关键技术.通过研究多分辨率地形绘制技术和海浪运动模型等虚拟现实技术,实现三维海床的实时绘制和逼真海面的模拟生成.通过对AIS报文解析,获取周边船舶的位置和态势信息,最终实现了海床、海面和周边船舶组成的三维场景一体可视化;并通过在逼真的海上三维场景上叠加显示AIS信息和避碰辅助决策信息,更直观有效地保障了船舶航行安全.

Abstract:This paper introduces the function characteristics and key technology of AIS based vessel three-dimensional display and collision avoidance system. The research on the VR technologies such as multiresolution terrain rendering technology and the ocean wave movement model created the real-time rendering of three-dimensional seabed grid and the simulating of dynamic ocean wave. The nearby vessel position and situation information obtained from AIS message analysis ultimately realized the display of integrated visualization of three-dimensional scene composed by seabed, sea surface and circumjacent vessels, and the AIS information and collision-avoidance assistance decision information superimposesly showed on the vivid three-dimensional scene display directly guaranteed the vessel safety.
