硅橡胶基磁流变弹性体的制备及其力学性能测试

摘    要:采用硅橡胶和羰基铁粉制备了有场和无场作用下的磁流变弹性体材料,并对其微观组织和力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,无论是有场制备还是无场制备的磁流变弹性体,在施加外磁场后,其承载能力和刚度都有所提高,但有场制备弹性体的可调范围要大于无场制备的弹性体,其综合性能要优于无场制备的弹性体.

Abstract:MR elastomers consisting of silicone rubber and carbonyl iron particles are prepared with or without magnet fields.Their micro-structure and mechanics properties are investigated.The results show that the carrying capacity and the stiffness of both MR elastomers increase when subjected to a magnet field.But the controllable range and combination property of the MR elastomers prepared with magnet fields are better than that of the MR elastomers prepared without magnet fields.
