微弧氧化制备功能性陶瓷膜的研究

摘    要:微弧氧化又称阳极火化沉积技术或等离子体增强电化学陶瓷化技术。微弧氧化是一种新颖而效率高的表面处理技术。虽然近些年来人们对其进行了大量的研究,但是这些研究几乎全部集中于对陶瓷层的性能评价、表征与测试等方面。在微弧氧化陶瓷层生长特性的研究中系统介绍了微弧氧化过程中电学参量、陶瓷层厚度、表面粗糙度、相组成以及微观结构等陶瓷层特征随时间的演变情况。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation,also called anodic oxidation technology or plasma-enhanced electrochemical ceramic coating technology,which is a new and efficient surface treatment technology.Plenty of researches have been done on micro-arc oxidation in recent years,however,most of them are focused on the performance evaluation,characterization and testing of ceramic layers.Time-varying changes on factors,such as electric parameter,coating thickness,surface roughness,coating composition and microstructure during micro-arc oxidation process are systematically introduced in the research of growth characteristics.
