| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆囊良性疾病小切口手术的可行性。方法：利用专用小切口器械，配合自制的尼纶搭扣套，行切口为4－6cm的胆囊切除。结果：小切口胆囊发除术具有创伤小，痛苦轻，恢复快，并发症少等优点。本组仅2例出现切口感染并发症。结论：该手术是微创手术的一种，在没有腹腔镜的医院是站选方法。

| Abstract: | Purposes:Discussing the possibility of benign cholecystectomy with small incision.Methods:We used a special equipment for small incision along with nylon knot made by ourselves with a incision 4-6 cm long.Results:Such an operation has the advantages of smaller wound,less pain,faster recovery and less complication.Only two out of the group appeared the complication of incision infection.Conclusion:This operation is one of the mini wound operation,it is the best way for hospitals without a celioscope. |
