摘    要:采用国标方法对黔产5种野菜灰菜、水芹、豆瓣菜、剪刀菜,马齿苋进行重金属(Cu、Pb、Cd、As、Hg)测定,结果表明,灰菜中Cd、Hg的含量均超标,水芹中Cd的含量超标,马齿苋中Pb、Cd含量超标;剪刀菜和豆瓣菜中5种重金属的含量均在标准规定的限量范围内,可以安全食用.

Abstract:The contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,Hg in five wild vegetables were determined by GFAAS,AFS.The results showed that contents of Cd and Hg in chenopodium album were above GB,and so were the content of Cd in cress and contents of Pb and Cd in purslane.Only two other wild vegetables were within the limit of GB.
