多阶段混联生产系统的DEA效率评价

摘    要:将并联系统DEA效率评价模型与两阶段串联系统DEA效率评价模型延伸至多阶段混联结构生产系统,提出了针对多阶段混联生产系统的DEA效率评价模型,并将其转化为线性规划求解.与传统CCR模型相比较,该模型能更好地反映多阶段混联结构生产系统的前沿生产能力,能更合理地评价混联结构生产系统的技术效率.通过算例分析证明了这种效率评价模型的合理性.

Abstract:The current paper extended the DEA efficiency evaluation models for the parallel production systems and two-stage series production systems to multi-stage parallel-series production system, and proposed a DEA-based model for efficiency evaluation to a multi-stage parallel-series production system. The technique to transform the proposed model into a linear programming is also given. Relative to traditional CCR model, the proposed model can work better to reflect the frontier production ability of multi-stage parallel-series production systems, and can rate the technique efficiencies of multi-stage parallel-series systems more reasonably. The numerical example is presented to demonstrate the rationality of the model.
