| Abstract: | Using magnetostatic theory, we obtain the dispersion equation of surface waves on Semi-infinite superlattice of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS). Numerical Calculations are presented for a semiinfinite superlattice composed of alternating diluted magnetic semiconductor Cd_(1-x)Mn_x Te (x=0.70) layers and nonmagnetic layers where magnetization is perpendicular to the surfaces. |
