碳钢表面自组装有机无机杂化薄膜的研究

摘    要:在碳钢表面制备一层薄而致密的磷化膜,然后采用逐层自组装方法在碳钢表面交替生成了硅酸钠无机膜和硅氧烷有机膜。研究其组装过程并对自组装膜的防腐蚀性能进行了表征。结果表明,磷化处理能提高自组装膜在碳钢表面的稳定性,有机无机杂化薄膜对碳钢有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:A thin and compact layer of phosphating film is formed on the surface of steel,then Na2SiO3 and Siloxane layers are prepared by layer-by-layer(LBL) assembly technique.The procedure of self-assembly and anticorrosion performance of SAMs are characterized.Results show that the stability of SAMs on steel is improved via phosphating progress,and SAMs have good protective effects on C-steel.
